A recent graduate from college, my son was looking for a gift to give his dad. He wanted to purchase something nice for him since he is finally getting paid! We researched several of the new pizza ovens that are out and came across this one. Quite honestly, we could not decide between the gas powered and woodfired type pizza… So we decided to give this one a chance we have used both methods of cooking since Christmas on several occasions. We have guests over and they make their own individual pizza and my son and husband cook them in no time flat! We prefer the woodfired where we use the pellets as fuel… The pizza taste delicious that way… It does go through pellets pretty quickly… But those things are not very expensive! Food is wonderful that comes from this oven, and it is very well made! The oven comes to temperature in about 7 to 8 minutes… And it maintains temperatures as long as you follow the directions! As the metal expands, the door is a little wiggly to get in… But really, that does not present any type of problem as I read in other reviews… I think that is just kind of something we expected with the hot temperatures…
