Inside are two small garbage cans, each measuring about 12x12x8, so smaller than it appears in the photos. There was some damage on the wrap protecting the surface of the stainless steel front, but after removing it the surface was unmarred, so it appeared to do its job well. The construction is solid, and the drawer slides out easily. Looks great and works well, but the amount of garbage it can collect is limited.
