I had the burger trimmings from half of a cow elk and one deer to do, and ended up grinding about 30 pounds of hamburger with this grinder in about 2 hours. It worked great for this size project, the motor seemed powerful enough for the job. One thing – don’t place even the all metal pieces in the dishwasher, as I found our when the feeder tray/tube came out with a different finish than when it went in!
