The chairs are great. These are for big not just tall so if your not you may not sit well on them so ignore reviews saying they were uncomfortable. I’m 5’5″ and I have a longer torso so these hit my legs weird if I sit all the way back, my mom is shorter but has longer legs so she doesnt have that problem. The chairs were bought for family guests that are bigger and they held up well and they said there were very comfortable and it was so nice to not have arms squishing them. The chairs seem to be sturdy although the cushions could be a bit thicker or more heavy duty. As for the customer service reviews there was a small issue with our order and customer service went above and beyond. They took a few days to answer but were amazing so I can’t fault any delay. Yes these are $300 chairs but they are meant for more than what normal chairs can handle so thats what you are paying for. I would say make sure you read the description and everything will be great!
